~18k USD for a 2008 M3 with ~9ok miles on it. I’d say that’s about market value for that.
Also the:
must be picked up by flat bed, towed, dealer plate or temporary plate.
S ounds like it means they’re not dealing with registering it.

I wonder if it’s something they found, figured not worth fixing to retail certified/registerable, or just overall figured they won’t make much on it.

Offers the option to “Book a Test Drive” - probably a bit ambitious. They should at least says “runs and drives” or DNS or whatever ... CP unless it’s more than minor stuff, in my opinion.

They have that same declaration on all their cars that isn’t a BMW though, apparently.

Uh... Pfaff Motors... they typically cater to the wealthy.
In the ad:
“ These are vehicles that fall outside our parameters for retail.”
“Some mechanical work may be required to pass safety.”
Translation: “This is a basket case that even we, as a Euro car specialist, don’t want to touch.”
And they proceed to talk about all the features you know it has, but stay silent on the problems.
So I vote CP on this. Spend a bit more and get one without issues and with less than half the mileage:

Could just be on the lot too long, or maybe they’ve got massive problems. Those are suspiciously cheap, the M3 isn’t though.
